The answer is 96. It has been a crazy year, and I am so glad to be home! I took some data over the year (classic rbt move, right?) and I wanted to share some of the fun facts about the last 11 months of my life. 

On the World Race I…

Took 96 bus rides.

Went on 14 different flights.

Rode the train 8 times.

I had a total of 5 hot showers in the entirety of my stay in Central America. I didn’t count for the other regions we went to because thank GOD there was hot water more often than not in Europe and Africa.

Tortillas eaten in Central America: about 3921084 bajillion.

I slept in 62 different places,

Stayed in 12 different hostels,

5 different airbnbs,

And 4 different hotels.

I got tested for covid 7 times,

And had covid exactly ZERO times (yeah, you can travel the world for a year and never get covid! It’s possible and no one should have to fear traveling because of it).

I’m thankful to be home. I’m still processing everything that happened over the last year, so I’m sorry if it takes time to answer all the questions and share all the things. Again - thank you everyone who supported me this last year and thank you for following along for the journey!
